Bullet stuck in lands/rifling - very puzzled
Probably measured wrong. Savage factory barrels are notorious for short throats. I had that issue with my 10FCP. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk- glassbeaver

Bolt hard to close
Probably not an issue with an aftermarket barrel, but try chambering your sized but not loaded brass. Eliminates the possibility of you jamming into the lands. You may have to reduce your coal.- glassbeaver

Lapua brass POI shift
Your difference in POI seems a little extreme, but as others have stated, with the same charge you will get more velocity out of the lapua due to case capacity. Back it off half a grain and see what happens.- glassbeaver

76.5 H-1000 FC Brass 215M 208 A-MAX 2.82 OAL (ogive) Shot off Harris bipod and Crown Royal rear bag. Load probably shoots better. Not gonna lie... The sans brake 300WM muscled me a bit.- glassbeaver

Bolt hard to manipulate in bolt action savage, how to fix?
Hard to tell exactly what's happening from the OP. sounds like your working up a new load and now your having issues when chambering. (I'm assuming that's what you mean by locking) stock savage barrels have notoriously short throats. You may be jamming into the lands with your hand loads...- glassbeaver

This. My process is redding body die then lee collet neck sizer. I would be lying if I said I just didn't load them out of laziness from time to time however. When I measured headspace with the hornady headspace setup, I found that my body die bumped the shoulder back about .002 from the out...- glassbeaver
