So i am just wanting to get into precision shooting and was wondering if there were any good books that i could maybe pick up that can help teach me mil dot, moa and maybe the basics of bolt shooting.

Im just wondering if i am the only person that feels that Scars are over rated since for the price you spend on one, you can get a lot of other great manufactured rifles. Both in 5.56 and 7.62. Im not trying to start any arguments, just wanting to get some other opinions.
