Gunsmithing No luck getting barrel threaded... blueprinted?

Yeah well so far I haven't found a competent one I guess. The first one couldn't do it with that information you mentioned and the second one just plain couldn't do it. I wasn't sure how hard threading was, and how easily someone could screw it up.

Gunsmithing No luck getting barrel threaded... blueprinted?

I have a Remington 700 SPS Tactical 308, I'm getting a YHM QD suppressor, I need my barrel threaded, simple right? Not so far.. I find a shop 30 minutes away and they allegedly build bench shooting rifles, high dollar stuff, they should know what they're doing... I call them and they confirm...
