Hunting & Fishing Need a good off the shelf varmint shooter!
I have a Rem 22-250,& a 243,both are good,I'm loving my 243,I did upgrade the stock though,the 22-250,I just painted it...killed quite a few coyotes with it just out of the box with a Redfield scope.- Rocky 1\508

168 Gr 496 yds...first shot I thought I missed,held same spot ,second shot he took a couple steps , wobbled ,and went down,both shots about 3" apart,he was dead, just dident know it. Aimsmall,thats some nice headshot action there!- Rocky 1\508

Not alot of spruce, on the south 3/4 of the Island...but I totaly agree,if you're in the spruce...your home free! If you're on the coast, you can always find some crabline,or a bouy,to set on fire...that said I saw a couple guys use up all of there matches in a spruce patch,one of them had...- Rocky 1\508

Rifle Scopes coyote scope under 300$
Redfield ( now owned by Leupold) makes a pretty good 3x9x50 for a little over $200,Ive killed quite a few Coyotes ,and other vermin with mine... I like my NF alot better though...- Rocky 1\508
