We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
I've got a few, two cronus, two ares, and a midas tac. First cronus is still working well, been used a a lot of matches. Haven't had a problem with any of them. Have a new G3 razor, it's good, but the cronus wasn't holding me back.
I'm shooting a bergara with SK long range and my info pretty much matches BirdDog's velocity is set in strelok at 1079 right now and it was correct for targets to 300 last time at the range
I like feddersen, but I have two green mountain barrels that shoot great as well. The photo is from one of the rifles I built for my nephews with a GM barrel, it is a five shot group with CCI sv at 25 yards. At this point there were less than 15 rounds down the barrel as I had just zero'd the...
I'll sell one for $500, I've got 4 to choose from, only one has a ruger receiver. :). Feddersen and GM barrels, all shoot well. About the only improvement would be a kidd trigger. I could buy the Feddersen Bronze nickel receiver/barrel and a kidd trigger, KRG stock and still be well under 1200...
And a reticle can be used the same if you know your dope, you don't have to dial. But you also know that if you hold a certain amount you will will hit at a given distance and you get to decide what that is, where that hold is on the CDS reticle is fixed and you have to figure out the distance...
Had an experienced shooter in a rimfire match do it yesterday, RO caught it and they had a discussion. Probably should have been a DQ as that shooter had some attitude after a couple poor stages. But he was actually better after their interaction so maybe it was for the best. It happens, no...
I've built a few, I like to build stuff and they shoot very very well for a 10/22. Two I built two for nephews that I shot a test target for after mounting the scope on them. At 25 yards with about 6 rounds down the barrel to zero I shot the test target, they were both essentially five shots...
These use their T post mount or you could use a hook, could also be bolted with a strap. I like the T post mount, quick and easy. I've got circles, squares, gnomes, sharks, dinosaurs and a rimfire KYL.
