Vegan diet - Hard exercise
I always exercised hard. Went vegan and it changed my like. Blood lipids are those of an 18 year old, but I'm 53. I tried the "eat fat, lost fat" way of eating, and it trims you, but definitely doesn't cut you. Also doesn't have an equally positive impact on bloods as vegan. First hand...- carguy2244

Re: Pros/Cons Piston vs DI? I read both positive and negative about piston driven weapons - them each piston system can be different too. So the whole thing is confusing, and spending $2500 for the wrong weapon would be bad.- carguy2244

Pros/Cons Piston vs DI?
I have a DPMS AP4 7.62. Have about 2000 rounds through it, mostly surplus. So far it's been 100%. It's a pain to clean, but a good weapon for it's intended use, which has been steel targets out to 400 yards, 2 gun competitions, and a SHTF home defense tool. I feel the need to "upgrade".
