Also I know some people would call bullshit but do NOT eat any meat that was raised on growth hormone, that includes milk as well. It is designed to make cattle bigger faster and retain weight. You are what you eat.

I have to do lower back exercises when I wake up and before I goto sleep and I am fine. If i let it get weak at all I am hurting.
