Range Report Question about temperature affecting ballistics ....

Hi - I'm just starting out in shooting, especially compared to the font of knowledge that is available here on this forum, but experienced something strange on the range last weekend that I was hoping I could get some feedback on. Just to give some background - I'm shooting an AI AX 308 with...

what are your thoughts on boots?

I have to put a vote towards Hanwag - I got the HanWag Special Forces GTX (Gore-Tex®) Boots and they're something special - walking round in deep mud is a lot easier with the tread that these boots have. They are so well insulated that I've stood in snow up to my ankles for a whole morning, and...

    Suppressors Overbarrel suppressor

Re: Overbarrel suppressor I know from experience that on a direct thread moderator after it's been fired quite a few times the moderator can become loose and this will affect the accuracy of the rifle - in my case quite substantially. Not sure if it's as much of an issue if indeed an issue...

Why is Arc' Teryx so damn expensive?

Re: Why is Arc' Teryx so damn expensive? Out of interest is there any (valid) reason why Arc'Teryx restrict sales of their LEAF product to LE/GOV/MIL ? I can see that it looks to be a well thought out product, but can't see an item of clothing having features which would restrict it in sales...
