    That specific bullet has a weird ogive. It has to be seated deeper to chamber. There are two different part numbers and potentially ogive shapes to the 180 TGK, these being the 4680 and 4861. You will have to adjust seating depth accordingly.

    Yes too hot, primer is flat and cratered too. Drop it a bit. Also you may get more velocity and less pressure from N565/H1000, they are a bit slower burning than N560. That being said, Norma brass is reputed to be rather soft too.

    Mine has a Shilen 1/7.5 twist ratchet rifled barrel. I am hoping the ratchet rifling is gentler on the bullets. I only have 100 rds on mine, and don't shoot long strings of fire, so too soon to see.
