Following for info - I have a Seekins Havak in 6.5 PRC but I haven't started reloading for it yet. Looking to learn what you guys find.

I have the Seekins Havak as well. They have a 20 MOA base so I am hoping the ring wont really make a difference with the elevation.

Just ordered mine today in the 3-15x50-MRAD-Riflescope-RZR-1591. I can't wait to test it out on my 6.5 PRC. Has anyone seen any issues with the Zero Stop ring setup?

Yup, Allen Engineering. I called and talked to Ron earlier this year about a AE5/12th model. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Great guy, awesome cans. ADCO can set you up.

One of the reasons I want to go with a Cooper is they have a 1:8 twist barrel. That's perfect for the 260. Although they are a bit pricey, they are less then a full custom build. But for a semi-custom rifle I don't think I'm going to be disappointed. I'll definitely post pics when I get her.

After looking high and low for a Gap non-typical, Sako 85 Stainless as a new hunting rifle in 260, I came across a new Cooper m54 Jackson Excalibur that would fit the bill. Does anyone have first hand experience with these rifles? Any thoughts on the action, stock, bedding and accuracy?

Good luck with your search - the older models are great rifles. My 40XB Ser. # 0572xxx came with a synthetic stock, blued receiver and stainless barrel.

Upgraded my old Garmin eTrex with the GARMIN GPSMAP 62sc. Excellent unit with a camera if you need that. You can also upload Topomaps for your region in 1:24000. I found it cheap on eGay.

They are great scopes for that price...You can't go wrong with them. I just picked up one of the 3-12x50 for $1099.00 (less if you call them and use eCheck) with Seekins Low .92" rings for my Medium Palma barrel. They said that ring height will work.
