    The conversion started way back in 2005-6. The new ones do not whop whop whop anymore but like most rotary wing aircraft they are still easy to tell apart. The upgrades in performance and better part compatability between hueys and cobras is a big deal.

    I think the 50 alaskan on an encore makes alot of sense if you do t want a bolt action. You have a rim to help extract , standard dies. Starline makes brass , and lots of available load data for sub sonic.

    Maybe cruise gunbroker for vintage leupold scopes. Some of the older m8 scopes are quite nice. I believe they came in several magnifications and they have a smaller objective bell.
