I would just send off for the sbr stamp and wait it out. It's not worth not being able to use the can on other rifles if want making it a huge pain to change your AR up at all.

Called today and the lady said it went to the examiner for approval on July 16th and that is currently running 60 days.

I have a Harris brms with built in larue mount and it works pretty well. I also have a GG&G XDS-2 that I really like. The GG&G is on my heavy savage and I've had no problems with it.

You'll be fine suppressed with out an adjustable gas block, just stick with the pri if you want it to look authentic. Stick with a bcg from a reputable company and you'll be fine. SBR your pistol and start a new build for your WOA upper. If money is an issue then just use the lower once you SBR it.

Here's my MK12 Mod 0 clone. It's not exact but close. I switched out the stock to a Magpul MOE rifle stock though.
