Building my first M40 for the Vintage Sniper matches.
The gun repair center in Florida is ok to deal with, I'm like you building a cmp games rifle. I checked with pt&g because they showed like 14 bolts in stock so i called to verify and the lady said it's 6 to 8 weeks before they have any so don't go there. Just a heads up.- dpw4x4

Another Borescope “what is this?”
I have a old remington 700 in 30-06 it has a spot similar to the one you have. It's probably 6in from the chamber end and it shoots 3/4in group's all day long. Looking for a backyard range shooter
I just set up a bergara wilderness hmr in 6.5 creedmoor. It has what they call a #6 profile barrel, seekins rings and a meopta optika 6 5x30x56. I wanted something to just go shooting with and not be worried about it. It shoots 1/2 moa with match factory loads and so far its been fun to shoot...- dpw4x4

Bergara HMR Wilderness vs HMR Pro...
I have both of these except one is 6.5 the wilderness and my pro is 308. And I can say the pro is a nicer gun. As far as fit feel, the bolt is slick and smooth. And the trigger is really nice too.The only thing I would like to do is put the wilderness bolt handle on the pro I like it better. But...- dpw4x4
