    New Atlas bipod too stiff?

    I've had this Atlas for a while now, and I'm ready to take it out next weekend. Are these things suppose to be super stiff to the point where the tension adjustment doesn't seem to make a difference? I've read that it takes some usage to get it to loosen up. Anyone else get this with theirs?

    How do you clean your bolt gun?

    I'm trying to get a perspective on this. There seems to be so many different philosophies on this subject, but I sometimes wonder if I'm being too aggressive with it. When I clean I use a Gunslick .30cal SS rod, bronze brush, brass jag, Proshot patches, Dewey rod guide, Shooter's Choice bore...
