I fixed mine today while I had the gun apart swapping out barrel's. I just cut about 1.5 coils off the detent spring. It turns pretty easy now, but still locks in place when the ball is in the detent.

Left eyed, Right handed here. Grew up shooting RH gun's left handed, never an issue. I learned to shoot RH almost as well in my late teens, but it's just natural to shoot LH for me. I still own a couple RH bolt actions, but 95% of all my bolt action rifles are LH.

This is my 3rd ARC action, I'm used to the wait for them. I placed my order on Dec. 3rd, when I get it, I get it. Just kick back and relax, It will get shipped when they get them made.

I've got 6 scopes (5 different brands of top tier scopes) mounted in 6 different sets of ARC M10 rings. All of them are torqued to 50 in lbs on the rail and ring screws. Never had any issues with them breaking a scope.
