What's wrong?

I am new to reloading and long range shooting. I have a 308 with a 24" Rock Creek barrel. I have been doing some load work and shooting all loads over my chrony F 1. I have made loads from 44, 44.2, 44.4, 44.6 with reloader 15 and they all are coming in around 2720. Their isn't really any...
