Thread revival. How does the sig perform with the flow can? Is it comfortable to shoot without ear pro? Just got a flow out of jail, considering going with this platform.
Unfortunately the new Flow 7.62 is 1.8" OD. I can't find any hand guard that is currently available on the market that will accommodate a 1.8" suppressor. Maybe some of the guys in this thread have ideas...
That's an interesting thought, although I would think part of the benefit of the 3d construction would be allowing for more material to be added to high stress/blast areas and lessening material in low stress areas. Also an interesting point on "survival" and erosion. No idea. But I'm guessing...
The pew science material is pretty interesting. The fact that this new can performs as well as a compatible titanium baffle cans on a bolt gun really makes it jack of all trades and maybe master of all. I’ll get a bunch of backlash by the oss haters, but this new cans performance and features...
I own a bunch of OSS cans and am very satisfied with them. That said I’m curious to hear about the Orion x. Dameleche, I expect a range report after a couple hundred rounds.
I have had a claim with eastern insurance and I was blown away when I received a check 10 days after filing. Great group. Cheap insurance and reputable company. Policy covers almost any situation. Think hard about looking into a policy first, then decide how secure your room really needs to be...
I’ve owned SHVs, NX8s, and ATACRs. Use ATACRs on long range target rifles and SHV 4-14 F1s on my hunting rigs. I didn’t see the reason to pay more for anything more than the SHV, I think the value and features are there and am totally satisfied with my thought process.
I second the GMG but get the intermediate size. Flavor off the pellets is much better in my opinion. I’ll never go back to gas. If you want to grill mainly, getting the grillgrates is a must. Being able to smoke when you want is unbelievably easy. You can become a bbq star in no time.
