    I have some on my L side. As long as I walk 10,000 steps a day ( Total. Includes every step, about 4.5 miles for me) it keeps it at bay. My ortho guy says "Motion is Lotion". So far he's 100 % correct.

    Don't feel bad. I lost significant money buying the coolest of the time, expensive rifle and scope also. I even thought about selling the 5R. Turns out, for some reason, I couldn't get better results with the new rifle, and sold it at a loss. Taught me an expensive lesson.
