I have a 308 in an AR platform that I have reloaded several rounds for using a small base re-sizing die. I am thinking of getting a bolt action 308. I understand optimal loads will be different, but can I use the small base resized rounds in the bolt action?

I bought some cheap 62 gr projectiles from MidwayUSA. The bullet is 90% jacketed, but the very rear/flat of the projectile is not jacketed/exposed (lead?). If firing this though an AR-15, can the exposed lead cause any issues down the road, IE excessive/damaging lead builup in the barrel/gas...

I am reloading for 223/5.56 brass, however I can't seem to find any load data for the 5.56. I will be using Varget powder and doing load developments for 62, 69, and 75 grain bullets. I know that due to brass specs, the 5.56 has a higher pressures, should I just use 1-2 grains less powder...
