I've almost got the cash saved for a new lathe and am considering the Grizzly G0509G 16 X 40. I'd like to match it with a VFD instead of a phase converter. Any of you guys running the same or similar set up with a VFD? Thanks

Anyone here already shot the match that can answer that question? We want to practice on the correct target!
My go to load in both my 6.5CM rifles is with H4350 and 140's. I picked up a 8lb keg of IMR4350 at a good price and wondered if any of you guys have tried the IMR variant and if so how much difference did you find? The Hornady manual loads for both are very nearly the same across the board but...
I'm have most all the parts for a .308 build...Obermeyer barrel, 700 action, etc but need to order a reamer. The finished product would be used mostly for punching paper but it could see field use. I buy all my reamers from Mr. Kiff....looking at his list for the .308 raised more questions than...

I'm new to this forum so please have patience! I've been building guns professionally for decades but I'm in a transition from the vintage single shot type rifles into doing bolt guns as well. I'm wondering if any of you guys have experience with the above mentioned scope . I'm considering it...
