    Re: supplements, vitamins, etc. - what is yours? I use only one supplement omega 3 for my fitness purposes. Omega 3 is the best supplement for our health. It controls the cholesterol level and keep the heart healthy and active. It is also very effective for the fat burning and weight losing.

    Re: Steroids Anyone ?? I never use any type of steroids for building the muscles or fitness. These steroids are not good for the health and fitness and have a lot of side effects for the health. These steroids should always be avoid if you want a healthy life.

    Re: Fitness Program for Hunting Trip I think running and swimming are the best exercises to get the fitness for this hunting trip. When I go for any hunting trip, I do swimming, and running. Running is also helpful during your hunting to hunt the wild animals.

    Re: Problem with vitamins A proper amount of vitamins in our meal is necessary to maintain the health and to run the different body functions. Eat natural foods instead of the packed supplements to get rich amount of vitamins. Eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables for the vitamins.

    Re: thinking about swimming for a workout It is a good idea. Swimming is a good cardio exercise, which plays an important role to improve the fitness level, strength and stamina. You can do it on daily basis and include it in your daily workout.
