Feds raid and kill Utah man threatening Brandon

It is not wise to challenge the FBI to a gunfight. The FBI is always down. This shit looks like suicide by cop.

Looking for a Tikka T3 Action Wrench for 6.5-CM

Pulling a barrel for cleaning seems unnecessary. The action wrench interacts with the action and has nothing to do with your chamber or barrel. You'll also need a barrel vice if you're really committed to taking off your barrel, which again seems like a bit much for cleaning.

Outstanding deal. If this is still here in two weeks when I start getting paid again I might be all over this.

Rifle Scopes Any videos out there that explain how to read the "christmas tree" optical?

Use it for counting... or when you miss stick the spot where the bullet landed on the target.

Tikka T3x CTR vs. Tikka T3x Tac A1?

Is that for sure on the barrel diameter? That seems like something to think about.

    Tikka T3 Thread

Can anyone with experience with both tell me how the Timney two stage triggers compare to the Tac A1 trigger? I’m debating setting up a rifle with a Timney and and MPA chassis vs just buying the A1. The A1 trigger feels great at the store but I’m not crazy about the chassis.

    Tikka T3 2 stage trigger??

The T3x Tac A1 has one. I tried it at the store and really liked it, so much so I almost walked out of the store with it... I hope they still have it when I've got a bit more cash. I wonder if they'll offer the trigger by itself for sale.

    Starting Rifle

I started with a 700 Varmint in .308 and a mcrees stock. It works. I made hits at 1000 and hit every time at 700 but if I had it to do over I'd get a tikka in 6.5 creedmoor. In fact it's currently for sale (not here) so I can get a T3x Tac A1. But if you're dead set on Remington and .308 have at it.

    tikka t3 sporter stock options

I think I like the stock the way it is. I'm not sure though and if you're sure you don't it's just wood and you could paint it any color you want.

Drop-in barreled action or custom build?

I don't know if this is a question anyone can answer for you. Either you need it to be accurate and smooth or you don't. Either you have the extra money to spend or you don't I think most people on here would rather have a custom regardless of need, but most people would also rather have more...

    tikka t3 sporter stock options

If you have a short action caliber you have tons of options. Almost everyone makes them. Manners, MacMillan, Bell and Carlson, and chassis too, XLR, Mcree, KRG. I'd get the KRG, but look around. There are lots of options. If you've got a 6.5x55 or something, my understanding is that...

    GAP -10 Failure to Feed/Eject

Would someone care to explain why using the PMC 147gr ammo would cause the rifle not to function properly? I realize that a GAP-10 has a match grade barrel and a match chamber and that it's tolerances are probably a little tighter than your average gas gun, but which one of those would cause it...

< $1500 "just works" bolt action

You can still buy a Tikka T3 varmint in .223. It comes with a heavy barrel. If that's the caliber you pick I can't think of a better choice for your budget. I think it's $900 It leaves you money for a chassis. If you decide to go to the .308 range the SSG 3000 is awesome. There's one at...

Want to Put My R700 On A Diet.... Any ideas?

If you got a fiberglass or carbon fiber stock and had it bedded it'd be a lot lighter than a chassis. XLR Element is the lightest chassis I can think of and it's still about 5 pounds. I think Manners will make you a carbon fiber one that weighs around 3.

260 remington as a military cartridge?

Are you saying that you would only pick up a .260 if it were a military cartridge? I think a lot of people on this forum would be overjoyed if it became one, because it would likely lead to increased availability of surplus and match ammo and lower component costs due to economies of scale...
