Sako TRG 22 + Accu-Shot monoPod

Hi guys I'm looking at putting a small rail and the accu-shot monopod on my TRG. Has anyone done this? I'm unsure what is in the stock and the best way to fix the rail on. Also what is the best size pod for the TRG ? Any advise would be greatfully Received. Thanks in advance Alan
