    Ross Precision Machine (Paul Ross)

16” intermediate gas .223 wylde Bartlein inbound!!! I’ve owned quite a few high end barrels (Radian, Noveske, Larue, V7, Criterion, Shilen to name a few) over the years but this is my first YOLO barrel. I’m sure it’s going to be fantastic, but I’ll report the results when it’s assembled.

    Ross Precision Machine (Paul Ross)

Just sent him an email. I’m sick of waiting for the Proof I ordered almost 6 months ago. Hopefully Paul isn’t to busy yet.

Geisselles new SPR barrel with special gas system

https://www.ripcordindustries.com/product-page/750-gass-hole This might be a decent option for a tight fitting gas block.

    MPVO for Tactical Games Thoughts/Recommendations

The podium at Nationals wouldn’t have changed if they were using LPVO’s. Either setup can work well, I just don’t want to deal with two optics, two batteries, two mounts, two zeros, adjusting parallax every stage etc…

    MPVO for Tactical Games Thoughts/Recommendations

Here’s my opinion for whatever it’s worth. For reference, I’m an avid TTG competitor with two podium finish’s at Nationals in the occupational division. 80% of the rifle shooting at a TTG event is 75-125 yards, 10% will be close, and you *might* see a long range stage depending on the venue. I...

Rifle Scopes Leupold drop on 1/21

    MK5 LPVO is my guess.

    Surefire ICAR

This is the way. Imagine a purpose built cartridge for this magazine/receiver set using one of the new high pressure case designs…something like a 6MAX pushing a 105-108 class bullet loaded to the maximum OAL. Very excited to see how this concept develops over the next few years.

    PVA now offering AR15 barrels!

Proof Research does…I just ordered one. But yes, I probably would have bought the PVA barrel if it came with those specs. I’d also be interested in a 14.5”.

    Tavor: acute change in accuracy

I’m more concerned about your toddler having access to your guns than I am about your inconsistent accuracy. Not trying to be a dick here, but please lock up your guns. I’ve seen this go wrong too many times.

    SBR/pistol barrel length???

Yes, RA556B. We also issue Federals LE223T3 62gr bonded load. The Winchester is loaded with a 64gr Nosler and they quote a .231 G1 BC and a 1800fps minimum impact velocity for expansion. My chrono data is on my work computer, but if I recall correctly it was around 2600fps. At my elevation...

    SBR/pistol barrel length???

My primary work gun is a 11.5” BCM w/Sig SLX556 suppressor. Optic is a EXPS3 w/G33 magnifier. I absolutely love this setup and wouldn’t change anything. Running the number on 64gr bonded 556 I should get expansion out to around 275yds. With your optic setup I would tend to favor the 12.5” setup...

    Geissele Cut Rifled AR15 Barrels

I’m really hoping to see Geissele offer heavy profile cut rifled AR15 barrels with a wylde chamber.

Help me Configure a JP SCI-20.

Split the difference and go 18”. You get the benefit of a RLGS and a little extra velocity.

    Ridgeline Defense RD-15 LPR

@Rudy Gonsior what is the gas port spec on these rifles?
  18. B

Need some help on a solution, 16” barrel with MK18 arca handguard.

I’d wait for an 18” barrel. If you’re going to have the length anyways, you might as well get the benefit of more velocity and a RLGS. Also, running some weird adapter isn’t exactly stacking the odds in your favor that you’ll experience the accuracy a Krieger can produce. Either way, I hope it...
