Rifle Scopes A black spec on my premier scope... Is this normal

Hey guys I just got a premier 5-25x and there is a subtle black spec in the upper right of the glass. It rotates up and out of sight at the 11x zoom...? Don't know if this is normal and supposed to be there... Just thought I'd ask here before I called premier and got the run arround... Any...
