    I second the Marauder mainly for it's quietness and accuracy. I shoot my 22 marauder in my back yard and my Neighbors don't care. For a back stop, I took a large plastic bin, put a few layers of carpet in the bottom, then placed a box for my targets to be nailed to.... Works great and the carpet...

    Just wondering if I can use my PCP - MRod for these competitions? I suppose it's not that fair as I can thread a small washer at 50 yards with a PCP, but thought I'd ask anyway.

    Yeah, those 15.9's are garbage... I got a tin and 50% of the skirts are deformed... I didn't even bother shooting many. The 18's have a better skirt that won't deform easily.

    Umm.... 800 yards? Do you mean, 80 yards? I was using CPHP (Crosman premier hollow points), they seem to work best for this, that is... I'm still trying to find the right pellet. I just got it Friday... :-)

    The brown truck just delivered the goods! All I have to say is, Oh. My. Lord! I will be updating the scope as I didn't know this Barfsca scope didn't have mildots. Oh well, this thing is the bomb. Will build pellet trap tomorrow and I'll give a detailed report as time permits.
