    Gunsmithing how to remove rifle sights off 870 barrel

    Hi guys have not done this one before since I don't work with shotguns much. I want to take the rifle sights off of an 870 barrel. I have heated them up to no avail...I do not want to get it too hot, how much heat is needed ? Thanks Robb
