Remington 700 SPS Tactical .308 with SureFire Brake

So put a SureFire SFMB-762-5/8-24 on my Remmy 700 SPS Tactical, and wanted to share the results in the event someone can benefit from this setup. Remington 700 SPS Tactical .308 Extraction issue

I'll definitely try some different ammo. I put 50 rounds through it the first day, so i'm going to give it a good patch cleaning and a good lube tonight now that I have time. I just ran a bore snake through it with some CLP break free after at the range. Weather is supposed to be ok up here...

Remington 700 SPS Tactical .308 Extraction issue

So did some looking around and I cant find anything on this. Just bought this rifle so its practically brand new. She loads just fine, fires great... After firing the rifle, I go to pull the bolt back to extract/eject the shell and the bolt sticks pretty bad. I have to jiggle the heck out of it...

So just picked up a Remmy 700 SPS Tactical in .308 and am a bit stuck on where i should go in the way of Muzzle Brakes. I've been looking back and forth between Surefires SFMB-762-5/8-24 (SureFire SFMB-762-5/8-24 Muzzle Brake / Suppressor Adapter) and a JP JPTRE-324 (JP Rifles). Anyone else have...

Re: Just joined! And Just bought a new setup... Thanks! yeah did alot of research and ended up on the 338 lapua.
