Another vote for FGMM. I reload the brass five times then toss it. I've not yet had a primer go loose, I don't anneal and they perform consistently as long as my reloading process doesn't get lazy.

I'm using the BT17 4" rail with flush cup on my Delta 51 for a sling. If your running a Harris type bipod with a knob for cant, the 4" will give you better clearance with the flush cup attachment on a sling.

I was - easily hitting the larger square plate with occasional hits on the small round plate. They need to add more steel at 300 and 500 because it's slim picking right now
