    I used to work at a PWR, you said new project.... Seems like the closest thing to something actually getting built is Terrapower. I almost went to work from them. Relocating to Wyoming or Washington at some point wasn't an option. I wouldn't have minded Wyoming, wife can't do the elevation.

    Moved to Florida over 30-years ago. Never seen Anything Like this. 5-beach homes collapsed today in the Carolinas.

    We wanted to do ICF on the house were building now. It was going to be 3x the cost of a very well built stick frame with exterior insulation and all the high wind storm engineering and build. $200/yd concrete adds up fast.....
