Range Report Looking for a glass penetrating round...

I have been tasked with researching a new glass penetrating round for our team. I have noticed that what you may gain in penetration, you loose in accuracy. Any suggestions?

Re: If you only had one rifle? Mine is a Blaser TAC2. Its one rifle but I have .223, .308 and .300 WM conversions for it...Toying with the .338LM next.
