Haven't measured a bunch of groups, but it shoots pretty well in my Altus custom. Good enough for PRS style club matches and can be competitive (0.5-6 moa at 100, easy sub moa at 450). My ballistic calculator says it's sending seeds traveling at 3079 fps.

Yes, that makes sense, of course. But, I should have been more clear, I was really asking if there is any functional reason for a non-AW cut action. Especially given they offer both at the same MSRP.

Given all of the above, why does Impact not cut them all for AW? It seems like there has to be a reason, but above says maybe not.

I like it, likely to put one on my XLR bolt guns. Feels a little more precision oriented to me than a standard AR grip. But that might just be tricking my muscle memory from plinking with ARs.

I don't post much, but I'm so tickled with this thing. JP bolt, Proof barrel, Trigger tech. Factory ammo. Consecutive groups are 3x, 3x and 4x @ 100y. 3 for 3 @ 950y on a 10" steel plate in ~12sec. 😆

I have a 20" (new) and 18" (2nd hand, but reported about 350rds) 308 take off. Both threaded and factory varmint/tac contours. Glad to let you have either. $100. I'm fairly confident on lengths. Will verify if one of these is what you are looking for.

What I was reading was about residual gas (that didn't escape) creating a more corrosive environment around the muzzle.
