I just picked up some M10 rings for a good price and noticed that they have been discontinued for a newer model. I am wondering if there is a huge difference between the old ones and new model? Also should I lap these rings or is that a thing of the past?

I am looking to get a new barrel in 223 and will be shooting 75gr or less bullets. I know the ELD bullets I have will require some extra freebore over the standard Saami spec. I am thinking the Wylde freebore of .0619 would be just about right. What do you guys think?

I had to pull a flat base bullet today from one of my cases and I noticed that there is a line around the bullet where the case removed some material from the bullet. I am guessing that I didn't chamfer my cases enough. Will this have a negative effect on my rifle?

Recently I got a pretty good deal on bulk Hornady 55g bullets and have been loading them up for a while now. They seem good for average plinking but for anything other than that am I wasting my time trying to get them to group good? I can get them to group fine at 50 yards but anything beyond...
