    Otis bore enhancer? (3 small tubes)

    About a year ago I saw a expensive plastic container with 3 small tubes, I believe it was 70$. Made by Otis, it was suppose to clean then coat your bore which in turn increased the accuracy of your rifle. I've never seen it since, both at GT Distributers or else where, was wondering if anyone...
