I replied to the WTB guy yesterday but it looks like I caught him too late. I think he gave up. I’ve got a few interested parties, but I appreciate the heads up.
A concern was brought up regarding the rear takedown pin. Aesthetically it sucks. I hate stupid mistakes. Functionally it’s 100%. Like I mentioned earlier it’s so you hit you have to break it over your knee to open it and you need to use a punch to remove the pin. Bone head move on my part...
When taking pics I remembered doing this... The upper and lower were/are so tight you have to break the gun over your knee to open it. I didn't realize this the first time i went to clean it and thought it wouldn't open because the pin wasn't all the way out. Well, I knocked the pin...
Work order screen shot shown below. Badger Brake was never installed. SF Brake to fit a SOCOM can was put on it. Less than 200 rounds fired. Safe queen. Scope & bipod not included. SOLD 12/19/2020.
I've got one I'm willing to sell. It's been in my safe just sitting. Probably only 100 rounds fired, definitely less than 200. I've only shot it twice at range. 1st was sighting in 2nd was showing it off. Haha. I can send pics here or email or if you want o face time I can show you...
Anyone have an idea of what the market is for this unit? I have a very slightly used (less than 20 hours total) Flir RS64 35mm thermal scope. I don't want to give it away but I do want it to move it to a new home. My 7 month old (1st kid) has me cleaning out the safe on a shift of priorities...
I've been looking at new vs. used. I want a scope that is light, short, and up to 8 or 10 magnification for use with a CO-MR 3P NV Clip-on. Will be used on 300 Blackout semi-auto. Help me decide why 1, 2 or 3 is the scope for me. TIA 1. Mark 8 CQBSS 1.1-8x24mm M-TMR $2200 2. Mark 6...
Will it be a carry or prone rifle? Scopes add a ton of weight. I'm a magnification junky so I would say a used ?-20 or ?-25. If you want light weight and 500yd shots I would look in the class that jakelly is suggesting... ?-10 NF will be best bang for buck in both decisions IMO. BOCO
Haha, I read the title and was going to get on here and leave one word... SPUHR. I laughed when I saw the author's name to this thread! They look good. Glad you are using the rings, I like the look. How are you going to implement the leveling key? The SP-4016 is still the best looking...
