    Suppressed Subsonic 300 Blackout

I'll keep an eye on the Sub-x 190s, thank you. I will say I had a lot of feeling issues with them across a few uppers until I started using Magpul's 300 blk specific magazines. Since then, none. ( I don't shoot the 190s a lot, but...)

    Suppressed Subsonic 300 Blackout

I had an upper built around a Black River Tactical 8.3" 300 BLK that had a 1:5 twist. Despite telling myself it was going to be a sub-only setup, I wanted the (theoretical) ability to shoot supers and with 110 gr it was at or very close to the MV where jacket separation might be an issue. (It...

    Suppressed 9mm

Ive been happy with my MEAN Arms upper and those converted-to-9mm PMAGS. I wanted something AR based.

    Gun Room/Vault Panels and Organization

This product is good, though I'm not sure about your preference for more than 6-8 guns per section. No affiliation... https://gssweaponsstorage.com/

SIG Rattler 300 blackout suppressor recommendations

I agree. I have one that I use on a 8" DIY DI build as well as a POF 10.5" piston upper. Some ammo doesn't seem to play nice, but the reduced back pressure is important for me.

Gunsmithing Easy access wall lock for ar15

Some states require "safe storage" when children are present... And if only doing dumb stuff was only the domain of kids. :ROFLMAO:

Gunsmithing Easy access wall lock for ar15

When I was looking for a similar product, I came across this (no affiliation with V-Line): https://vlineind.com/shop/closet-vault-plus-in-wall-quick-access-safe/#reviews Its installation is a bit more involved, but access seems pretty convenient.

Suppressors 300 blackout sub/super ar suppressor

My 300sps and nomad 30 make subsonic 300 very quiet; yes, the action cycling takes away from the epic "shhhhh". Those are usually on my bolt 300 uppers. I have found the CAT ODB to be a good option too, with less blowback--this is important to me and a high flow can like HUX isn't ideal...

    1-8 / 1-10×

I just ran downstairs and looked through my nx8 and march (gen 2 with dual plane ret). And the ATACR Id call getting behind the March a bit more forgiving than the NX8. And at their top zoom, the NX8 shadows more. I find the NX8's reticle to be much brighter. Whether it's easier to pick up...

Which suppressor? Magnus or Flow 7.62

I had a similar outcome with my Flow 762. I found the Ventum and the Cat ODB to provide juuust enough more back pressure to cycle many (though not all) of the subs I have tried.

March FX 1-10x24mm Shorty Gen II Focus Question

Yes, I got it back. Aside from various customs forms, it was an easy and relatively quick process. There was nothing wrong with it per se. March confirmed that while very similar, the windage holds on the 1-10 are more subtle/ less solid than on the 1.5-15. My eyes had a difficult time...

March FX 1-10x24mm Shorty Gen II Focus Question

March CS was awesome and the scope came back with the ever-so-slgihtly different 1.5-15 reticle. But otherwise, no updates. Remind me what info youre looking for and I will try again.

Sidearms & Scatterguns If you had $2000 to spend for a range pistol…

Taking advantage of that statement... and recognizing this suggestion adds a bit more--maybe too much more--a Vudoo Gunworks Priest would be cool. Mimicking my early thought (which is really a personal plan that I'm projecting), a 5" RDS only with factory ports would be pretty cool.

Sidearms & Scatterguns If you had $2000 to spend for a range pistol…

Do you have a time line? Like are you scratching a "right now" purchase itch? If not, a Stealth Arms Platypus done up the way you want would be fun. They feel great in hand--the grip feels better to me than Staccato's OEM grips (all of mine have aftermarket and reduction grips)--and shoot...

Platypuss holsters. What are you running.

I have a few from Hammer Armament (the Thunder Classic and the Lighting) for my Staccato P, and the Platty its pretty well.

    Any Platypuss owners out there.

I have one, having waited to the bull barrel and gripper grip option to be released before ordering it. I got a regular and a threaded barrel. I love my 2011s--and most have extra grip reduction and stippling, but the Platty's grip feel is very good.

Least "gassy" 556, 11.5 inch(or so), piston, AR and Suppressor Combo?

I have an 11.5" Triarc (not their suppressor-only gas port), fixed gas block and a HUXWRX and it's good. If less gas out of the ejection port is relevant, I have had good results with KAK's down vent carrier. I also have a 10.5" Criterion with a Superlative Arms piston kit and the HUXWRX and...

Seeking Low Back Pressure .30cal Can (so many choices)

I have both, though the following is a mix of my experience, hunch and "it says on the web," so grain of salt and all that. The only rifle I've used both outside on is a SBR 300 blk with subs and the DA was quieter. This was just my ear meter noting that while I could shoot the Ventum...

    Any 1911 aficionados here?

I sort of agree with this. Mine functions very well and is very accurate. But it does *feel* a bit different... now that Im reading cas6969' comment. I'd buy another one, but only after buying many of the other options.

    Any 1911 aficionados here?

My LB was my first "fancy" 1911. It took over 700 rounds to break in. Until then, it had some kind of issue almost every magazine. That said, it *did* break in; I would not use the phrase "loosen up" because it still feels like it was made out of a single piece of steel. For a while it was...
