    I've not owned either of these particular scopes, but I did have the Primary Arms 1-4 on an AR for a while. Never had any probs with it. I thought it was pretty good for the money. Been looking at one of their other models for an old beater rifle I have. It just looks so sad with nothing on it...

    Cheap heat gun from Harbor Frieght does a fine job heating kydex. An oven may be better for heating an entire sheet, but for simple bends the heat gun works well.

    Just came back from a 2 day precision rifle clinic.

    That looks like some pretty good shooting to me. I would love to take a course like that sometime . I've taken a couple pistol classes, and they definitely are worth it. Congrats on your shooting !!!

    Mosin xlr sytle stocks?

    Boyds makes a decent stock for about $100... I have a sporterized m/n with their thumbhole stock. It does require some fitting due to the wide variations mentioned, but if your a " tinkerer" , its just part of the fun.
