Darwin funded by the Jews say Lara Logan

By the time this thread hits its second page, Lara Logan’s theory will likely be relegated to only the second dumbest thing written on the internet today.

    Why do we pay taxes?

Taxation is theft. We pay taxes so the IRS doesn’t kick in our doors, shoot our dogs, and drag us off to prison. And so that politicians can buy our votes with our own money. Perhaps that’s too cynical. Perhaps not cynical enough…

    Suppressors Form 4 wait time

I had a short break at work this morning so, after 11 months, I finally broke down and called the ATF for an update. I knew I was needlessly torturing myself, but reassured that my call was important to them I settled in to listen to some hold music. Less than 30 seconds later my cell phone...

    Reloading 40 S&W

Recoil is very subjective. At a given power factor, heavier bullets have less energy, but the feel of the recoil may not be less. What you want, in priority order, is safety, reliably above 165PF, reliable function, sufficient accuracy, and a recoil impulse that feels right to you. Recoil feel...

    Reloading 40 S&W

Try 165 grain bullets too. My 6-in limited gun loves them and they are also great in my .40 Single Stack. The recoil is slightly snappier than with heavier bullets, but I prefer that to a slower rolling recoil and the guns run great. My load in 5.4gr N320, flat-nose BBI 165gr bullets loaded...

Movie Theater Book Idea- The Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives

Also on my bookshelf. I don’t know if this specific problem is in that book, but if you’re not familiar check out “the problem of points.” Very short version: You are playing a game that involves flipping coins. The winner is the first to 5 (one player is heads, the other tails). Each payer...

    Maggie’s Probability- question

You are solving the wrong problem (correctly, but still the wrong problem). Coins have no memory, but this game does. The car goes behind a door once. It is wherever it is no matter how many doors are opened. It is not a sequence of independent coin flips. This scenario has inspired...
