    Thanks all for the quick help! I thought it would fit as well, however the lady at stockys said the PST114 would not fit accustock models?!? Also, my model has the bolt release in front of the trigger guard. Will I be able to change the bottom metal on this gun? Can I install the "older"...

    Gunsmithing Rem 700 .22-250 to .243 suggestions

    Remington 700 HS Precision Stock I have an older heavy barreled 22-250 that I would like to convert to 243 (I think). I need some advice. Should I just sell my gun and buy a completed rifle or use my action and build? I want something more versital and using some of my 308 brass seems cool...
