WTS KRG Bravo 700 Long Action/2 Accurate LA mags

All - I would like to sell my KRG Bravo stock, inlet for a 700 Long Action. The stock has been bolted onto a Bighorn TL-3. Full disclosure, the Bighron/Bravo/CIP length mag system didn't work flawlessly, but that's likely due to the action/stock interface. The stock ahs been to the range once...

    Copper Creek Ammo

All - I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Josh at Copper Creek Ammunition, and this guy is among the best there is. Truly helpful with a loading question that I needed to solve, and I am here to tell you that all of my factory ammo is coming from his company from here on out. I've also...

    RP Rifles 6.5x47

I've been shooting my .223 with pointed 82 bergers at every club and PRS match that I have participated in over the past year and a half. I have about 3500 rounds down that rifle, and it still bugholes like no other rifle I own. However, it finally became apparent that the downrange energy isn't...

123 SMK vs 123 Nosler CC

All - It's been my experience that the Nosler Custom Comp's have been pretty close to exact copies of their Sierra Matchking counterparts in .30 cal and in .22 cal. I have no experience with them in .264 cal. Can anyone let me know how the 123 Nosler CC's compare, in BC, to the 123 Sierra...

    .260 w/ 123 smk

All - I am in need of some load data with a 260/123 Sierra/Remington Brass/H4350 Combination. It doesn't look like many people shoot this combo out of a 260, so load data is scarce....any help would be appreciated. Thanks, JP

    Krink Red Dot

All - I have two Krinks that InRange put together for me. Tula kits from R-guns, Bluejack barrel, Nodak receivers, etc...They are great, very well put together, and worth the wait for the tax stamp from the ATF. That said, I have no way to mount a light and/or an aimpoint micro to it. Yes, I...

    6x45

All - Am contemplating a 6x45, and I'd like to send 95 smk's (pointed) close to 2900 without having to go 6tcu. Barrel length above 27" is not ideal for me. The only reason for this is to shoot in matches that have a 6mm floor, but have a super accurate 6mm that doesn't die at 1500-1800...

Gunsmithing Pierce Action Light Primer Strikes

All - A Pierce Action, with a timney 510 with the longer sear "thingy" installed is giving massive light primer strikes on m118Lr, Hornady TAP, among others. Has anyone experienced this with the Pierce? Will a Jewell or Remington fix this issue? We are under a massive time crunch with this...

    Suppressors 1/2-28 to 5/8x24 Adaptor

Long and short of it is that my hunting rifle is a 223ai, and sports an 8 twist Brux in Shilen #3 Contour, finished at 22". Texas recently allowed hunting game animals suppressed, and it goes into effect 9/1. I plan on hunting 100% suppressed for the rest of my life. My can is threaded 5/8x24"...

    .223

The ".223 Long Range" thread prompted me to post this, as I am a big fan of the .223 for long range match shooting. In an effort to prove just how effective a properly set up .223 bolt gun can be, I decided to go ahead and post this. I've been an active "tactical" competitor for a couple of...

    Range Report Hornady 178 BTHP

All - Hornady shows a G1 of .530, and I tend to think that it's a bit optimistic. Does anyone have realistic G1 and G7 values for this bullet? Thanks, JP

    Texas Precision Rifle Club

All - As Rich mentioned, we are starting to gauge interest in a Precision Rifle Club for Texas shooters (and others too!) that would be interested in monthly mini-matches. We are looking to move from range to range, across the state, to host these matches. In order to help our team to plan...

Sniper’s Hide Cup SH Cup Thanks

The sun was shining the entire 4 hour drive to Kingsville on Wednesday, and I took it as an Omen of things to come. What a great time! Wed. - Sponsor Day was awesome, and I had the chance (finally) to shoot a Barret .50, and it lived up to the hype. The MRAD in .338 is a very well thought out...

    Dillon 550B & Match Ammo

Seeing as I would rather shoot than load ammo, I am interested to know if I can significantly speed up my loading process and still maintain an acceptable amount of precision in my ammo. A busy work schedule, a 2 year old, another kiddo due in May, and copious amounts of travel on the weekends...
