I thought that too, I checked and I have at least the amount of room that the stock kicks back. Ill at least give it a try without having to buy another tube. Don't care about the cost, I just want to shoot the damn thing. Its been a 3 month build waiting for the barrel.
Yeah, the issue is the buffer tube is not in far enough for the bushing and screw to rest agains the part that I circled. So i can pull the stock back and then it hits that part. I have a silent capture spring, so I don't really need the detent in there, Im going to try and remove the detent...
it slides like an inch EDIT Maybe not an inch like 1/4 I was thinking my buffer tube wasnt screwed in enough but if i screw it in any more the detent pin wont be able to slide through the slot on the enhanced buffer tube.
Has anyone had an issue with this stock sliding back on the buffer tube? I have the bolt tight but I was cleaning the gun today and the stock kept sliding back on the buffer tube. I am using an aero enhanced buffer tube, not sure if that would make a difference.
