We need to meet up. Coming from rimfire benchrest shooting. Just picked up a 6mm ackley improved built by Kostanich. Took 7x57 norma brass and turned them into my 6mm aip brass. And with a manual neck turner. Oh the fun.
Hey everyone I am working on a small batch (100) of 6mm Ackley improved cases made out of 7x57 Norma brass and will be needing to get them annealed. Does anyone do this or know of someone in the Tacoma area? Dont mind driving a ways either. Thanks folks Matt
yes the CZ has a tight bore. You will most likely scratch the crap out of a .22 call rod so go smaller. Find a bore guide as well. When using bore snakes remember all that nasty crap on your patches? Well that gets stuck in the bore snake. Check out the patch worm as well.
