Watch Out for Scammers!
We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Not sure if serious... Especially after that Red Jacket comment. :D Edit: Sorry, I read that "constructive and mature" comment as sarcasm. Re-reading, it occurs to me that you may have been serious. I just don't think I'd put too much stock in anything Red Jacket did, esp. on the show.
Yikes. Haven't bought much recently, other than some subsonic Lapua that I wasn't real impressed with. Louder than what I recall for subsonic, I'll have to run some over a chronograph, sounded like a sonic crack. Also some kinda black coating that overlapped unevenly onto the brass. The bullets...
That depends, would I be the me working, or going out and having fun? Plus, as another mouth to feed, we'd probably both have to get jobs just to pay the bills. Grrr...no free rides with the law of unintended consequences.
The index pin. If you shear the index pin while torquing the barrel nut, either you're applying too much torque or the index pin was a flawed part to begin with. Likely both.
Ought to work if the barrel is concentric around the bore, or close enough to true it up. Thread enough for a jam nut since there won't be much of a shoulder. And make sure he understands that it may not be pretty. Get it in writing.
Wouldn't wanna be selling tires out there, next you'll have to carve "195 millimeter by 70 percent of 195 millimeter, radial construction, 14 inch rim" on the sides of all your 195/70R14s. And those aren't that big of a tire, you'll run out of room! Plus those are nominal sizes to begin with, so...
The board was 2"x4" when it was liberated from the tree. Then it shrank as moisture left the fibers. I suppose they could shove it out the door without curing it, letting the consumer deal with the natural processes. Guess they should have stuck a label on the side, similar to "This coffee is...
Yeah, if you already own it, go for it. Anybody got a recommendation for a budget friendly 20 moa or adj. optics mount, in case the scope doesn't have enough adjustment? E.T.A. found a Variable Gantry Mount, at $350-$400 may not be "budget". www.vgmount.com
Yep, I think they're trying to have it both ways, please the antis while not totally alienating those of us who believe in the Constitution. In the meantime, concealed means concealed, but I'll probably still avoid giving them any more money.
They say they won't post signs or require employees to confront armed customers. Meh, their sandwiches are okay, but the bread turns rock hard in about 15 minutes if you don't eat it right away. Still a disturbing trend developing.
Some guys like to put big ol' rims and rubber band tires with "mudder" tread on their trucks, or jack up their work trucks making the bed a pain to load and unload. Hey, their money. I actually painted the furniture on a shotgun yellow, just to brighten up the safe. Figure I'm usually wearing...
