Watch Out for Scammers!
We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Yes...I am a Surefire fanboy. Now that that is established, in the suppressor world when a company sells suppressors that break or get stuck something is wrong. Calling that company top notch is wrong. You get what you pay for. Sounds to me like people's choices to save money only get them...
Could someone please post proof that any Surefire suppressor has launched a core or broken a weld. Not a story...proof . Top notch suppressor companies don't sell suppressors that break.
Picking mine up Saturday. Love my Glocks. ...but my eyes lit up when I saw one. HK showed its SUPREME engineering again. I was sold when I didn't see a hammer finally.
It is a Strider if I'm not mistaken. Smf or Sng. Been a while since I saw the episode when he gives it to Vance in the hospital. I didn't think it was an auto. Although you can open a Strider SMF and it looks and sounds just like an auto.
Anyone have an approx value of a S&W 19-3 with 6" barrel in great shape. Buddy found one in an attic and wants approx value. Any help highly appreciated
In my opinion. ....go QD.....and if money is no concern Surefire will please you well. The other brands mentioned will do also if you need to save some cash. Surefire brakes work very well also.
You won't be disappointed Richard. I personally use it as a weapon light, but any long distance viewing in the dark is easily accomplished with this beast. I live near an airport and am afraid to shine it in the sky at night....don't want FAA pulling up in the driveway. ....lol. But seriously...
That would be a nice addition if one were to permanently attach this torch. I keep a qd mount on the light. My 6940 has a x300 ultra mounted with the kley-zion front sight mount so I always have 500 lightweight lumens to fire downrange.
I love it. For work I would carry a duel output 500 lumen fury though. Longer runtime and the 15 lumen setting is nice for up close jobs. I cannot get over how bright the 1000 lumen one is though. Worth the $175 shipped. I grabbed a 500 lumen fury for $123 shipped from bladehq.com
If you have some matching hick-ups get with Garin Lee at Surefire. He will get you squared away. I'm sure he will chime in sooner or later to your thread.
+1 .... save a few extra bucks man. Your dealer may offer lay-away, mine did. The above statements are very true. Buy once, cry once. Besides that, you say now it will only go on one rifle......that will change once you finally start shooting suppressed. Very addictive. You will buy more....so...
