Looking for reloading Shops in TN

I have had really good luck at A&H??, Reloaders Bench (not first choice), Outpost Armory (owned by the Barretts, next door to the plant and a great store to visit), and Mid South shooting supplies is a great place. You have to call the order in and pick it up at Mid South, but it isn't a big...

    Primer Storage

I kep mine in the garage also. Since it is just a small garage, and my water heater is in there, it works well for me. I had to replace my water heater last year and I installed one of the new heat pump style water heaters. It saves on my electric bill and also takes the humidity out of the air...

    Jackets

Well, I have too many myself. The problem I have with it is I don't even wear one much. I prefer to layer up and not have the bulk, well that and I dress to carry. I still see one ocasionally and think I need that, but I have to remind myself that I don't.

    Sig 716 Trigger

SSA-E in mine and it is a huge improvement. I have a couple .5 MOA targets with it since putting in the new trigger.

Member Link Up Monthly Western KY Shoot @ RockCastle 10-26-2013 8:30 am

I am not sure I will be ready to shoot with you guys, but if I can work it out, could I come out and watch? Maybe I will have a little more trigger time and my load finalized by the time the next one rolls around.

    New Shooter/New OCW Test

Thanks for all the input guys. I am not sure how much I contributed to the variances in the shots, but hopefully not too bad. I knew I was off target when the shot touched off on the 45.7 shot. I will try the 44 range. I will load up a few more in that range and see what it does. Fortunately I...

    New Shooter/New OCW Test

So I have been reading a lot lately since I picked up this GAP M40. New to the precision rifles, although I have shot rifles and hunted, but have been learning and improving. I have run this test, and now I am trying to read the test. Obviously I would like to go to the one hole target and call...

    Checking in from middle Tennessee

    Wool Outdoor Cargo Pants?

Not sure, but I have several garments from Sleeping Indian and King Of the Mountain wool. I would not trade them for anything out there when it comes to hunting gear or just outdoor in cold weather. I tried a lot of things cause I don't like to be cold, and this stuff works well and holds up great.

    Tactical Operations Drag Bags

I looked around to try and get the answer, but found conflicting measurements. Will the small fit a rifle that is 45" from end to end? Thanks

Rifle Scopes New Guy ! Just getting into LRP Seriously

Yea the Chapel Hill Range, Strategic Edge, super nice place. I just got into a GAP .308 and set a Premier 5-25 on it. Still working on my load, but love the rifle. I truly appreciate and enjoy the challenge of shooting long distance. I have a lot to learn though and this site is great for...

I am new to it myself and noticed we are in the same town. May see you around the range. I am sure you are aware we have a 1K range around now.

Rifle Scopes My inexpensive way of leveling scopes when mounted. (with pics)

Thanks, that is kind of what I did. Figured I would just make sure I install the scope level to the same reference.

Rifle Scopes My inexpensive way of leveling scopes when mounted. (with pics)

Guys, I have a question about some of this. I am fairly new to the long range, but I have recently acquired a GAP .308 from a member here. I have my glass and went to set it up tonight,,,,, well I am getting a slight difference from the bolt rails and the Badger rail. I checked the levels and...

    Sig 716 vs DPMS SASS

That is what I did before I ever even shot the first round. I put the Geissele SSA-E in and I am really pleased with it. I had a few other SSA's, but wanted a little less pull on this one. I think I may be driving myself insane trying to figure out a scope for it. Looks like I will be shooting...
