Anyone have insight towards securing powder in a "semi fire safe" kind of way?

As a all purpose observation device? If I were making weight choices for a shooting bag, would you consider a set of the kilos to give you enough utility that you could forgo a spotter and standalone rangefinder?

We put a Cronus on my buddies M82. I've played with alot of high end scopes, and I couldn't find anything to be unhappy with. I don't think there's anything at the price point that competes.

I'm guessing because it stands out like a sore thumb. Not even just "tactically". it just looks out of place.
