I finally found the stock that I want to build my Tika T3 on. But says not available on their website or any other I have seen.Does anyone know when it may become Available.
I'm sure someone has built a tikka 24 or 26 in barrel with a b&c m40 stock ? Thinking that's what I'm wanting to build . Anyone have any pics you mind sharing? Thanks
So can't decide if I want to buy or build for what I'm wanting . Options are , let a local Smith rebarrel my rem700 in 223 and tikka action in 308 with a 26in with a sendero barrel contour . Then buy the bell and Carlson m40 stock for both . OR buy a factory rem 700 varmint in 223 and 308...
So can you change the rear aperture size on a flip up rear sight?i found a national match aperture from White oak armory. Decided im going with quick detachment rings and rlip up rear sight. Not sure if it matters i have a F marked front sight, not sure if it matters with a flip up rear
I found the arms 41b flip up front sight. But cant find any info on the Height. .. is it A2 or F marked ? Can i use it with a detachable carry handle for range out to 2 or 300 yards ? I would put a match post on ... reason is i want to use a scope and iron sights for target shooting .
Im trying to build somewhat of a target gun and want good iron sights. Im wanting to use NM sights .im told thay .62 thousands front post and rear aperture. Is this correct? If so where can i find a good detachable carry handle . Found a few MN ones but dont say what size the aperture is ...
This may be a dumb question but im going to buy a 20 in upper and have the choice of a F marked front sight or A2 sight witch one will i need ? I plan to use a carry handle ....
so im looking at a few del-ton uppers , the 20 inch . Thay are only 1 in 9 twist and some of them up can get crome lined barrels. ... so , are the crome lined barrels any less accurate than a standard barrel? Also this will be a target gun with iron sights and what i gather that a F marked front...

So i have a good load for my 223 bolt with 69 smk and RL15 . But im low on FED brass but have a lot of LC brass . How much can or should i reduce my loads . .... also why do some guns prefer sierra over hornady bullets OR the other way around ?

Im new at loading for any auto loader , so whats the best way to see if your brass is properly resized for your chamber ? On a bolt gun you can just go by how it fits in your gun...

so iv tried everything to make my t3 lite shoot 155 smk and it just won't do it . i have no idea why. it loves 150 sst , 168 hornady and sierra . just not the 155 . and its not the palma bullet, iv tried RL15 , imr 4064 . different OAL . so what would be the cause of it not liking this grain...
so wanting to start a new build but i dont know much bout 6mm or 6.5 creadmore. thought about 6.5x55, so whats the big difference between 6mm rem and 6.5 creadmore? i know the 6.5x55 would not be cheap to load for . the brass aint cheap .was just going to say heck with it and go with 243. but...
