I'm running 47 gr of CFE223 with 168 gr A-max and PPU brass and put up groups like this with my DPMS Oracle.

I would go with the 45.1, it looks to have the same point of impact as the 44.8 and 45.4. I know its hard to ignore the tight groups but you have to, to find the OCW. Start working with the seating depth to see if you can tighten it up.
