I have to keep reminding myself "I don't need one," or I still need a scope for my Sako, or if I get another gun then I need another scope. I can't justify it. My .270 is fine. Lol
Interesting. Now that you mentioned it, I don't see much love for Leupold. Price maybe? Or price for illumination is crazy high considering others are doing it on lower priced scopes.
Curious if the difference in these models are worth the price? I see the turrets are different, as well as magnification range, I'm wondering what else is different? Any opinions on the quality when it comes to accuracy, durability and value? Would a Leupold Mark 5 be on par with these Steiner...
I did a few searches and noe one has compaired the two. I'm looking for a hunting /target scope. 10X is good for hunting. 16X is better for target / distance shooting. So Im torn between the two. Does one have better glass than the other?
I have really been eyeballing the 2.5-10X32 PST. It's FFP. The 2.5-10X44 would gather more light but is not FFP. The 4-16X50 is FFP and will gather the most light but it is also a little more bell than I wanted. My concern was mounting height. I kind of wish the 2.5-10X44 was FFP or the 4-16X50...
