    I did a few searches and noe one has compaired the two. I'm looking for a hunting /target scope. 10X is good for hunting. 16X is better for target / distance shooting. So Im torn between the two. Does one have better glass than the other?

    I got my first rifle and I'm not sure how much scope to put on it. It is a Sako A7 in 270 Win. 24 inch barrel at 7 pounds. I plan on hunting Antelope, Deer and Elk at 300 yards max. I'd like to be able to shoot targets or toys further out. So I'm not sure how much magnification I should be...
